Quick find.. wanted to share right quick
I'm getting into my day knocking out some admin and stuff. The first thing on my to do list today was to test this popup plugin that sounded pretty good. I wasn't happy with the one I had installed at first.
Building a list can be a good way to continue to be useful to your users and to get the most value out of your visitors. A popup to encourage visitors to join my email list seemed like a good idea. Well I found a pretty good plugin and I wanted to share it with you'll right quick just in case you ever thought adding a popup to your site or building a list would be helpful. The plugin I'm using is ITRO popup plug in. It was easy to install and setup.
Give it a try..... lemme know what you think. Happy Affiliating!

Thanks.. timing is everything I guess...lol Check out the ITRO plugin, its good to prompt visitors, but the Popupally plugin you can connect directly to your mailchimp or aweber account so that may be a more streamlined process to build your list. Please.. would love to be kept informed and hear any lessons you learn.
ITRO plugin is one that gives you the ability to have a popup on your site. You can even set it to only popup when a user is about to exit your site. It's pretty easy to set up and nice to prompt visitors to take an action but it doesn't connect directly to your email service.
Should have read this first I guess. lol I have mailchimp so I will check this one out instead :)
I use mailchimp as well... for a plugin that connects directly to and populates your mailchimp list try Mailchimp for Wordpress...I just installed it so I haven't done much testing but it was pretty easy to setup
Why haven't I done that yet? Hmmm. One word of advice though. Too many plug ins will slow your page loading time way down. Even when they are not active. I didn't realize that until someone told me so I went in and deleted all the ones I wasn't using. Sooo much better loading my page!
I agree... have to keep an eye on the total number of plugins. As I build this site I am trying to keep them to a minimum but there certain things I want to automate. Thanks for the advice!
Mine is not showing up on my page for some reason. I saved changes. I have it set up for all pages and have no delay for initial popup. Can you look and see if it pops up for you?

Yeah it popped up for me. There is a setting for the plugin to determine who will see the pop up when. I believe the default setting is 14 days, so if a visitor comes back within that period then they won't get a pop up. You can take it all the way down to zero which will popup everytime the browser has been closed and the visitor comes back.
Yes, I saw that. It is pretty cool. I'm glad it showed up then. thanks for checking. :) and thanks for the find!
Thanks Jason. You appear just on time. I was thinking of list building.
Will try and keep you inform :)

thinks for your information.I'll check it out, and I'll follow you.
Thanks for the follow. Let me know what you think of it. It was pretty easy to set up but since you can't connect the free version to an email service it's only good to prompt users to take a specific action... but for that it's good
