Go Time

Going to be completely transparent here and say, although I found WA just over a year ago, and started a couple of different niche sites based on my previous business experience, it is only until recently, after a 3am epiphany, that I decided to go ALL-IN and focus.

After having sold my last business about 18 months ago, it had been really hard to find my focus and force myself to get into a daily routine again, at least a routine that revolved around a business anyway.

One thing I have tried to do over the past month, since diving back in, read through the fellow WA member posts. This has helped tremendously. I cannot suggest enough, no matter what you think, it will be of benefit in many ways, maybe most importantly in keeping your motivation elevated.

I guess this post was simply to say....lean on and learn from one another. There are tons of useful insight being shared, not just by WA but by our peers as well.

Besides, we would all be foolish to have to make the same "mistakes" as those who have come before us right?

So, with all that said, here is my public promise, I will remain focus, I will build IntermittentFastingSolutions.com without fail, moving the project forward daily, even in the smallest of steps.

My mission is finally very clear to me...to use my 25+ years in the fitness and nutrition industry to help the masses achieve new levels of health and wellness through the most convenient, scientifically-backed eating regiment we have seen to date. No diets here! We will change the way society thinks about eating....and when!

I intend to use this public statement as my personal accountability and hold out hope that each of us SUCCEEDS beyond our wildest dreams.
