Copy and translate.
Something that I have been thinking about for a long time. Is it wrong if you translate another written article into your own language and publish it on your own page.
To the end of the article, write for example. Copied and translated here and link to page.
Are there any clear rules on how to do it right way?

It is still copying someone else's work. I would say take the time to use it as a guideline and rewrite it in your own language.
Readers of you blog need to get to know your writing style and to like reading it. If you are using copied, translated and posted material they do not get the chance to make the connection to.
That said anything I write you want to use and add a link I do not have problems with because that is another way for someone to find my blog. How many people feel that way I do not know.
I know that probably does not directly answer your question but it hopefully it gives you something to help you make the decision.
Thanks for the reply, something like that I was thinking. I still have a lot to learn.
The good news is you have a place to learn it.
The place is probably the best. I just have to continue to practice. Yes, it still can be found.
