My Progress So Far

I’ve made the required progress as outlined in the training but I still get the nagging feeling that I am not doing enough. I guess I am at that point where I know just enough to make myself anxious. I have the “10,000 foot” perspective but there are so many details to this business it is easy to forget. I made this visual aid that I refer to often like a map to find out where I am on difficult days:

My Niche
I’m working within the “Health & Fitness” niche. Here’s how I broke it down:
Health & Fitness -> Mental Health -> Cognitive Behavioral Therapy -> CBT for Seniors
My Successes
I have a few successes: 1) My WP website is up and running; I am still learning a lot about how to set it up for the ideal visitor experience but it is a work-in-progress. 2) I now content articles posted and I have included visuals which I think helps the overall visitor impression; this includes the About and Privacy pages 3) The site has been indexed by Google
My Plans and Goals for the Next 3 Months
Identify and install a reliable backup service for the website
Create 12 new blog content posts
Use Jaaxy to explore and expand my content scope
Expand my mailing list to 500 subscribers by offering great, actionable content
My Plans and Goals for the Next 6 Months
Create an additional blog site based on my research
Create a free course for email subscribers
Begin drafting a paid course
Expand my mailing list to 1,000 subscribers by offering great, actionable content
Conclusion
This journey so far has been far more of a challenge than I expected and as a result I feel like I’m much better educated and comfortable with all of the moving parts. I wish I could absorb this stuff faster but I’m content to get it as it comes. I would like to thank all of the great members of the Wealthy Affiliates family who firmly believe in the idea of paying it forward. I have received advice, guidance and suggestions that I cannot put a price on! Thanks everyone and at some point in my WA career, I’m going to contribute back to the community as much as I’ve received.
