I was inspired by @HowardJaros post to create a video with AI using my own photo and/or video footage. It didn't turn out how I wanted it to. For one thing, it's not using my own voice, which sucks, but I did get my message across.
It's very weird!
I wanted it to be a video like what @HowardJaro shared.
I uploaded my own video footage because my understanding according to the instructions is that's what I needed to do to upload my own voice. I also uploaded an audio version of my voice. I have no idea where that went. I uploaded 10 photos to create an avatar. Anyhow, it is what it is.
To summarize, in this video I talk about how our brain stops us from moving forward. I give three tips to retrain your brain.
