Before setting out to find yourself you have to know what you are looking for, meaning you have to get to know yourself first, to do this you will have reflected on your own timeline, rely on yourself more and give your self some space.

To reflect on your own timeline you can write down any major goal you feel you have achieved as well as the ones you want to achieve, what events shaped and affected you and how did you react ? This will help you clear and identity issues blocking you from peaking your potential, Focus on what you can learn from how you tackled certain problems in the past.

Confidence is key in anything you do, mixing it reliance makes finding yourself easier to find. Having a strong sense of self - worth blocks what other people have to say so you won't be swayed by their ignorance, learn to trust your feelings and trust yourself. Be always in charge of your life and decision-making, don't sit idly by allowing someone else to run a Mack in your life even if it is a parental figure.
