Hi there. I tried to find the comment section to leave you a feedback but I could not find it. Having said that, well said and hope you get referrals! Also, notify me so that I can give you a feedback.
if you go to the bottom of the getting started page you should see a tiny reply button, its at the very bottom, There is also a little Comment bubble at the top of that same page. let me know if that helped. And thank you

Every time I try to look at my comments on my website, I click Comments, but then I get redirected to one of my other pages on my website and never get to see the comments, any

You could try changing themes to see if that resolves the matter. Go to Appearance > Themes, hover over one of the 'generic' themes (2014 or 2015, for example), and click Activate. Check to see if comments work now.
You can change back to your original theme just as easily. You can also click on the Add New button to access hundreds (if not thousands) of free themes available at WordPress. There are also a lot of premium WordPress themes (=$$) available, just do a search for them.
Don't get too distracted playing with all the available themes though! You can burn up a lot of time if your theme search becomes another shiny object!
If that doesn't work, you should probably contact Support and see if they can shed some light on the issue.
