Good News No1 Everywhere!
I checked my rankings today on Jaaxy. It seems I am No1 on the 3 search engines. I havn't checked my rankings for a while as my monthly searches had expired on Jaaxy. So I have waited until my monthly searches have renewed.
I am at a quandarry though. Being No1 is great but it hasn't made me any sales or referrals.
Is there something I am missing here?
What do you think? am I being to presumtious?
I would love to know your take on this.

Ranking #1 is awesome. I wouldn't be concerned with the fact that you have no sales yet. The keyword you ranked for could have a low amount of monthly traffic, so not many people are looking for that specific content. Just keep adding quality content to your site, and in time the sales will come. Don't give up. Just keep moving forward.

I just checked your profile and it seems your site is quite new.
I first want to say, good job for being #1 everywhere. But, you still need to write lots and lots of articles. Just keep working hard, and be patient. You will see results in time.
I don't know if you follow littlemama... here is a training you might be interested in listening to. When I started I was feeling the same as you. My articles were ranking really good on the first page of Google but I wasn't getting any sales. The key is to write lots of quality reviews and other helpful articles for your readers. Your articles are on page 1 so you are doing things right... continue that same path. Keep learning.... and yes be patient!

I'm a newer member. I've only been here for a little over a month. I am so happy for you reaching this important milestone. Hope you get to celebrate it with a happy dance or two:)
I would venture to guess that with time and consistent action that you've been taking to get to this point, that the sales will follow. It sounds like ranking no 1 is a recent development. Maybe a little more time will yield results.
Looking forward to hearing from some veteran members' experiences on this one.
I have been No1 before with no sales. then my rankings went down. This was due to the fact that the search engines couldn't find my website. I contacted site support and they submitted a new sitemap since then my rankings have gone up again.
Submit your sitemap regularly to keep being ranked.

Being No 1 in the search engines is brilliant, but you have to be careful that the keywords you are ranking for aren't ones that nobody is searching for...which will leave yours to take the pole position.
This will not get you any traffic...and no traffic means no conversions, or referrals.
