Not sure exactly what you mean. If you are saying that the pages are not loading fast enough if might be your internet connection.

Sounds like it could be your internet connection speeds or even your computer. If you went somewhere else and used a different connection and hardware, it's likely an issue on your end at home.

its not a question it a factual statement i started this program on the 11th of march but i checked my credit card today and they have taken the money off of my debit card twi

Like Trish said, it is just an error of some kind. Kyle and Carson are not out to scam anybody. If you send Kyle a private message through the link Trish has in her message he'll get it straightened out in a day or two.
