Looking for some tasty treats while dieting, here are a few that I am sure you will enjoy. Most people feel it is very difficult to find satisfying food while dieting, but this is truly not the case. Let me show you how simple it is to prepare delicious snacks. Eat and enjoy!!!

Banana Walnut Crunch

Ingredients

1 cup of walnuts chopped or diced to desired size

1 small organic banana (sliced)

1 tsp of agave syrup

Instructions

First, chop the 1 cup of walnuts to a perfect size and place it into a bowl. Then, slice your small organic banana to approximately a 1/2 inch size. Next, mix the walnuts and banana together and drape the tsp of agave syrup over the top and mix everything together.

When you are looking for something a tad bit sweet, Banana walnut crunch always seems to please. Just add some coconut milk and you have the perfect crunchy cereal. You can also add a 1/2 cup of strawberries and / or blueberries. This of course is completely optional and on top of that it takes no longer than no more than 10 minutes to prepare.

Burro Berry Crunch

Ingredients

2 Burro Bananas sliced into 1/2 inch size

1 cup of chopped pecans

3/4 cup of organic blueberries

3/4 cups of organic strawberries

1-1/2 tsp of agave syrup or honey

Instructions

Slice the two burro bananas and place them into a small mixing bowl. Then take the cup of pecans, 3/4 blueberries and 3/4 strawberries and place them into the mixing bowl. Next, mix all the ingredients together. Finally, drizzle the agave syrup or honey over the ingredients and mix ingredients one last time. Preparation time should only take an estimated time of 10 minutes.

These recipes can be prepared as a quick appetizer for a children play day or even a lovely afternoon with friends and family.
