Hi guys,
I am getting super frustrated with my blog. Content is coming along great, ideas are pouring in... but I keep changing themes because I don't know what's best!
I use Genesis Magazine Pro. Content is what's most important, so you should be happy about it. Theme doesn't make money!
Since a website hits the eye of the surfer, first, you should pick one that is attractive enough that it 'pops' to you.
When you have found it, work it and then stick with it until you see something else.
I use thesis, but it's a premium theme with it's own learning curve. I would just pick one you can live with for now, but pay attention to what you like about it, don't like about it. This will help you get an idea of what type of theme would suit you the best.
Hi I just used the same one as Kyle used for his website.
I will probably use a different theme for my second now I'm more confident.
don't over think it, just pick on and stick to it, I would like to change mine now and again but I've stuck to what I chose, It's ticked the box and I can concentrate on content.
