Feel good about your hard work. Your time is short, and as such, every minute counts. So make sure that you are making the days count, because you're naysayers, are certainly not doing this. Over time, you will have successes to enjoy, and they will not.
Then they will say that you are lucky, Of course you will know much better.

Hi, I think just being a hard worker is just who I am. I've always had a hard work ethic, and it only makes sense to me to work all day everyday. The key is to work hard at things that you love. That way you gain Mastery over them. In which people will happily pay you money for it.
