Do people actually click on google snippets?

The reason I ask is because one of posts is now featured as a Google Snippet. But the issue is that it features all of the products I review. What will make a person want to click when they already have the answer.

I personally don't really like featured snippets as they stop people from taking action, what are WA members feeling on this?

There is a code you can use to prevent Google from doing this, but I first wanted to see what the thoughts here are.
