Trust Your Journey. Everything Happens for a Reason

Hello and welcome

The above quote got me thinking. Trust in my journey.

Since I came to Wealthy Affiliate. I know that this is the best space to achieve my lifestyle goals.

Here's Why

Before I joined Wealthy Affiliate I knew it was possible but I didn't know how it was possible.

I would get laughed at and told to stick with my 'proper job' in criminal justice.

But

I wanted more ......

Let Me Explain

As far back as I could remember I knew that I would become my own BOSS. I didn't really know how this would happen because I had so many interests and would keep jumping from one thing to another.

There is a saying, that you can be good at many things but will become a master of non of them. Well that was me.

Until......

Here's what Happened

I joined Wealthy Affiliate and through the training I started to really focus. The penny dropped when I learned the real definite of a niche.

I had an aah aah moment.

Now I have been teaching others how to focus and follow their dreams for years. So I knew how to do it.

But I needed to sit down with myself and coach me.

It Gets Better

When I really got it. I challenged myself to stay focus on one social media platform choose Twitter to be my experiment so to speak.

This does not mean that I did not use other social media sites. I just used twitter as my primary focus.

Anyway I started to promote my content on twitter and to let this become my primary social media focus. I posted regularly. Aiming for at least twice a day per content to catch the time zones and increase my reach.

I have been doing this for 6 months now.

I have seen my followers go up and go down, then go up again. I did not let that determine how much or how little to continue promoting there.

I kept going.

Here's Where It Get's Exciting

I say all of this to tell you that, I am finally WINNING. YAY.

I thought that my content was being cloned so I investigated further.

Only to find out that my content was actually being promoted on influencers sites.

YES Influencers Sites.

What does that mean......

It means exposure on a bigger scale without any effort from me and it is FREE Advertising. YAY.

It means that an Authority site loves my work so much that they have given me space on their website.

So when Kyle says paying it forward. This is a really good example of that.

It brings me back to:

Trust Your Journey. Everything Happens for a Reason

My Final Thoughts

When you give time to your goals you will see success. It may not look the way you thought it would look.

Like in my case. I never imagined that my article would be a featured article on an authority website.

I am still new at this and loving my journey.
