Never Give Up

Winners are not people who never fail, they are people that NEVER quit.

Yesterday I was offered a 9 to 5 job.

I thought about it for a while, well actually I could not sleep for thinking if I should take it or not.

I thought about how much I would get paid for doing what I do naturally. I even got a little excited about taking it.

I started to plan my journey to and from work.

I calculated how much better off financially I would be if I took it.

I started to get even more excited.

When I got up this morning I contact the company and started talking about planning when I could see them to get the contract signed.

Then I started thinking about my own business and how much less time I would have working on it.

Because I had already made my plans for 2019 in regard to my business.

I tried to re-write my plan and no matter how I tried I still could not find enough time to dedicate to grow my business.

Then I started to think about all the quotes that I have shared here at Wealthy Affiliate.

The quote that came to mind was:

Life is too short to be working for someone else's dream

What Did I Decide?

I decided to work on my original plan and continue to build my dream.

Why?

Because I realised that I can make a lot more wealth building MY dream and that giving up is not an option.

I may have ups and downs along the way,

I may make mistakes along the way

But along the way I will learn and get better and stronger.

Taking a break to work 9 to 5 is not an option.

Putting my dreams second or third is not an option.

Staying Focused is the only way forward for me and I will succeed.

I have learned so much here at Wealthy Affiliate and accomplished so much in a short space of time and know deep down that I will become successful in my business.

I know this so much that I can see it and feel it.

Here is a short story

I was on a four-week course and there was a lady in my class who left half-way through the course.

She left half-way through after completing the first of two course certificates.

I really could not understand why someone would give up half-way through completing a four-week course.

I asked the teacher if this lady was alright. The teacher replied that she was fine and just decided not to come back.

I say this because so many people do this. Start something and then give up when they are so close to completing and or succeeding.

This is why the top 10% are so successful.
