Taking Action opens up Doors to Understanding

This is a success post because I have kept a small promise I made to myself 7 days ago to write every day for 7 days. I can say it was easier than I thought it would be.

Having said that, it has become more apparent that writing, although central, is only a part of this whole process.

As I go through more of the training, and read what various members have contributed, I see new details and strategies to consider. At the start of the week, I was just thinking keywords and writing... before that I was thinking (probably too much) about design.

It has been so lovely to meet a lot of great members on here as well!

I have learnt a lot by reading a number of questions and have confirmed that if I attempt to answer with the little I know, I learn more than simply reading and thinking I'd better let someone else answer that one. Hopefully it is a little helpful for others too.

This whole process is quite tricky for the beginner, and I appreciate those who have shared they needed to go back over parts of the training to implant it in their minds. Me too!!

Nevertheless, I can also see, that it is by taking the best action I know how at the time, that the learning comes faster.

So I'm going to remember Marion Black (one of my favourite tutors on here) and one of her sayings for this coming week, "Don't worry, you're not going to break anything".

...as I keep moving forward with taking action, no matter how small, each day.
