My favorite page ranked 1st on Google search!

I noticed last week that my favorite page is rolling back on google rankings. I was losing hope, but a few days ago I decided to add and change some page content and all in SEO settings. Today, I thought it well to check, and to my surprise my page is ranked no 3 (the 1st blog post) on Google page 1.
