Access denied 403 forbidden

Hi guys,

I believe that everyone have face this problem before, i faced this when i create a new user to one of my partner and this error message occur:

So i keep trying to create new user again and again with different password but still getting the same error.

I decide to ask our lovely support team, finally i can log in so i share with you guys with the answer below:

Remember don't tick "Remember Me", is their security purpose
