For the last 2 1/2 days, we had trouble logging into our websites. I'm wondering if this might be an isolated case involving only us, or a site wide issue. Your input on this w
Alright, everyone, the problem has been solved. We found the problem in the login box that we use to access our website. If we click reset password button and try to log in right after to our website we are blocked from access.
If we skip clicking on reset password and click on login button instead, we are granted access to the website.
My question for everyone is can you click on your reset password button and right after click on your login button with no issues?
Not sure Maelene, especially if the site is already connected with WA but if you're already logging in successfully, I would not recommend playing around with it, no telling what can happen...
Yup, though isn't it recommended to reset password because of word press constant admin hacker attacks? I read that somewhere, not sure where I read it.
If you host on WA and log in to your site from Wa, you don't need to worry since they change your password every few days to avoid hackers automatically.
Our default browser is Chrome. We tried using other browsers to see if that would solve this issue, still, the same thing occurs.
Yes, we did that. We felt that it's important to share this discovery with site support. We're still waiting for a reply :)
Nope, I'm logging in just fine. Could it be the installed plug-ins that might have caused this?
Site support said everything is working fine on their end. So, we're not sure if it's a word press issue. Support hasn't gotten back to us yet, once they do, we'll be sure to post this info for everyone to read. It could help others who might have a similar problem.
Yes, you never know if this might happen to you or to share it with someone else that might need it :)
Weird! You don't have to wait 2 days, contact support ASAP: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
Yes we did, and site support told us to clear cache, history etc., switch browser, try using Chrome browser, flushDNS (using the command prompt), send them my ISP information, all these steps did not solve the problem. The last recommendation is to switch our internet service provider. Support mention that on their end everything is working fine, they think it might be a problem with my ISP service provider. We mention to them switching ISP provider isn't something we can do. TWC is the only ISP provider that we can use at this moment. We are still waiting for support to get back with us.
We thought it would be a good idea to post this question to see if it's just us having this problem, or if others are having this problem too.
Thank you for helping, we appreciate your kind help :)

We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmi
I entered the info as you said and this is what came up. "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below". Nothing else on the page. I entered the address as you stated with my site name as directed. Can you tell me what might have happened. Thanks, Ron
You do not need to enter your full web address. Just the part at the end. It should look like this:
www.your domain.com/sitemap.xml.
The only thing you have to enter in the box is the (sitemap.xml) text of your web address.
I hope this helps you out.
That happened to me the other night. Someone told me had an error 404. Copy and paste what you wrote on your page. Then erase the page completely. Then redo the page. Paste what you wrote. That's what I had to do. I been trying to improve my website. My website is in the yellow now.
After we resolve that issue last night, today we couldn't login into our WA account. One challenge (OPPORTUNITY FOR LEARNING) after another. Finally, we got that resolved after investing over 4 hours fixing that situation. May blessings follow you in all that you do :)
Thanks, that means a lot to me you say that. I been with company for about 8 months. 2 months later I went to premium. How I was able to afford premium was that I was second place with my fantasy basketball. I won some money, I used that to put money in WA. I did not do anything for about 4 or 5 months. Then I got this laptop. I got into this business big time after that. I was ranked about 2300, now I'm at 268. I decided to buy this laptop for an investment. This is going to make fire both of my bosses.
Your consistent daily action will lead you very far on this journey of success with WA. Stay HUNGRY!!! Keep on keeping on!!!
Aloha :)
Yes, I like to have a little bit more time to do my lessons. I have way too many emails coming in. I hope I get this done by 11AM my time.
I had the same problem with mine and I just deleted the first one I submitted and then just re-submitted it and it worked fine.
Did you put your website URL in the box? Or is it something in the sitemap XML page that I need to copy and paste?
I just followed the second video on this training. when you go to submit your sitemap you have to click on the box first and then paste it. Bing and Yahoo, They Are Still the 33%
No your URL is already added to webmaster tools once you submit it, all you need to do is create the sitemap using the plugin WA recommends, then just add the sitemap.xml after your URL in webmaster tools.

I launched my new website this past Friday / 6-24-16. Notice my site hasn't been index by google, why is this happening?
you don't need to worry or do all those things Maelene. Google will index it. If you want to "speed it up", you can use this training: How to Submit a Sitemap to Bing Webmaster Tools
Mine, it was indexed very quickly after I did these:
1.Google Analytics Manually Adding Google Analytics to Your Website 2.Search Console Google Verification Using All In One SEO They will index pretty quickly! Thanks to Loes for this tip!
I did the sitemap after it was indexed.
For sitemap use Kyle's training Setting Up & Submitting a Sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools How to Submit a Sitemap to Bing Webmaster Tools after you will make the sitemap you can use PJ training How to produce a SiteMap and submit it to Google and you can deactivate the plugin Kyle's recommended.
wow!!! very impressive advice, this is what we call a perfectionist person. We're all greatly appreciated for your help.
Come on! Do not exaggerate with perfectionist things! I want after a while in WA to know more!
I'm new here at WA, this type of business concept is unknown to me. I simply like the way you lay out your explanation its very clear and helpful.
Dorina, can you advise me on my question? I was going to submit my question to you if you do not mind. Thanks
I have two sites that haven't been indexed and were created in May...trouble is I am too busy learning to figure out why this is...
It's kind of weird because our fist site was immediately index by Google in 24 hours. We double checked everything to make sure we didn't miss a step. All is good, so, I guess being patient is where we are at for now.
Have you submitted your sitemap to Google? There are plenty of lessons here covering that. The Beginning
Just be patient. My newest website took a month for Google to index it. Sometimes it just happens.
