3 Brilliant AI Tools to Simplify, Streamline, and Spark Your Creativity
So, So, here I am again, like a bad penny!
I’ve been on the look-out for some more AI products that might be useful or amuse you. It seems that innovations are being rolled out on a daily basis. I have to admit to not understanding some of them so it seems stupid to write about them here.
Anyway, here are three little tools I thought you may be interested in,
Sortifyd

This is a clever little AI tool designed to make life that bit easier by helping you keep everything organised in one place. From sorting tasks and schedules to managing documents, it’s like having your very own digital assistant.
Its newest feature, Sortifyd Magic, is particularly handy—it uses AI to automate boring, repetitive jobs, organise your files, and simplify your daily routines. Perfect for keeping on top of things, whether you’re planning an event, sorting out your to-do list, or just trying to stay sane! It’s currently available on iOS, with an Android version coming soon, making it accessible for almost everyone. Definitely one to watch if your life is feeling a bit too chaotic!
Trello's data dashboards

I have tried to use Trello for organising my life - obviously it didn’t work but Trello's data dashboards are a step up from the usual organisation boards, and what makes them stand out is how they use AI to make life easier.
IWhile traditional boards are great for managing tasks, these dashboards go further by analysing your workflows and turning your data into simple, visual insights. The AI can even spot trends, suggest improvements, and automate reports, so you’re not left guessing what needs your attention.
It’s like having a super-smart assistant keeping everything on track and helping you plan ahead without the hassle and doesn’t drink all the coffee! A brilliant tool for saving time and making better decisions!
And I love this one.
BookAI
https://www.bookai.com/
Book AI is a fascinating tool that’s truly changing the way we engage with books. Imagine being able to have a conversation with any book—just type in the title and author, and suddenly you can ask questions, dive into themes, or explore insights you might have missed. And there’s more.
For aspiring writers, BookAI offers tools to help you generate, edit, and even publish your own books, making the creative process smoother and more accessible. The AI integration feels like a creative partner, helping both readers and writers explore literature in a way that’s personal, intuitive, and incredibly innovative. It’s an exciting glimpse into the future of how we read and create.
I’m going to be looking into this one more closely for myself.
So, there you have it—three AI tools that have really caught my attention lately.
Whether you’re looking to get more organised, streamline your work processes, or dive into the literary world with a little AI magic, these tools have something to offer.
I love finding innovative ways to make life easier (or just a bit more fun!), and I hope one or two of these might do the same for you.
I’d love to hear what you think—are any of these something you’d try? Or do you have a favourite AI tool I should know about? Let’s keep exploring this exciting world together!
Have a Splendiddly day.
