Hi,
I have experienced this as well. What this means is that you had a sale, but before the end of the paying period which is 60 days, the purchaser returned the item for a refund. When Amazon refunds money to someone who purchased it using your website, they subtract the amount from that month's earnings from your account. Once you sell another item, it will turn positive.
It will remain in that state until you make another sale and earn from that sale more than $2.30. Also, you won't get paid any commissions (in a month) until the amount is above $10.
Hang in there. We have all experienced purchasers returning products for a refund on Amazon.
Best wishes,
George
Thank you so much.. that explained everything. I will just continue on making content. Thank you! Really appreciated it
Check if there have been any returns. I have made sales one day and then the item gets returned and my income for that day is then in the negative. Maybe an item was purchased in one month and the return fell in the next month?
Shame, I know the feeling, it is very frustrating but yes keep yourself on the right path by adding new content - you have made sales and you can make many more :)
