Hi - all payments were made on December 1, so if you have not received it by now, there must be a reason. Are your earnings high enough to be paid? The minimum payout figure is $25, although you can manually change this to $10. Do you have the correct PayPal address on system? Did you actually drag the slider across to claim your payment? What type of earnings are they? Commission from new referrals? Is the commission from a yearly subscription?

thanks for your respond, I usually receive my earning on my paypal every month without a problem, this is a yearly subcription commission (755$) , I dont understand why it would take 2 months to process instead of one just because its a yearly subscription.

Hi - when it's a yearly subscription, WA waits for 30 days to process your commission. Presumably, this is in case the subscriber changes their mind and initiates a chargeback. If this was to happen, then your commission would have to be returned.
So, if your sale was sometime in November, then the 30 days takes you past the payout date of December 1.

If your payout is from a referral that paid yearly and/or paid via a PayPal e-Check, your payment will remain pending for at least 30 days for clearance before it appears in your affiliate account.
Unfortunately the WA community can't help you with this.
