Senseless School Violence
. I too am very worried about the shootings in the schools. I believe, like SachiKashi said, the students could be able to end, or at least, help with this.
There is so much bullying in today's school systems. I don't fully understand why so many feel that they are better than others.
I wish the world was the way it was when I grew up. It was pretty much unheard of for an incidence anything like these to occur. I'm not saying it was a perfect world, but a much kinder one..at least in my little corner of Indiana, which is where I was born and raised.
I believe wholeheartedly in the Golden Rule, and I love the Pay It Forward ideas. Now if we could interest today's young people in that, rather than being a bully.

Nice post, Judy. Haven't seen the one by SachiKashi that you mentioned. Will have to look for it. I agree. We did grow up in a kinder, gentler world. I remember playing outside in our yard with the neighbor kids after dark, and not being afraid. That wouldn't be safe nowadays, either, if you can't even go to school without worrying about getting shot!

Great post I wish the same when we grew up this kind of stuff was never heard of and bullying has gotten out of hand. We all thought that the school was safe and now they aren't even safe anymore. It is getting to the point now our children are not safe anywhere anymore.
