You"re Doing What?
In the past few weeks I have managed to surprise both myself and a few friends. "You're doing what", they ask when I tell them that I have joined Wealthy Affiliates and am in the process of building my very own website.
Firstly, it should be borne in mind that I come from an older generation who never grew up with the world wide web. When one wanted to create content, one put pen to paper. Then along came the wonders of the internet.
I was able to adapt to this new technology and could manage all the usual things such as being able to work with excel data sheets and the like, but to be able to create a website? This was most certainly uncharted territory for me.
To get to the chase, I needed to boost my income and was surfing the internet looking for a means to achieving this. Then I discovered the potential of affiliate marketing. I weighed the pros and cons of such a venture and eventually took the plunge. I have only been at it a few weeks and my trials and tribulations have been many. Nevertheless, I am very happy with my progress to date. I follow Kyle's instructional videos like a hawk and find myself constantly having to go back to earlier classrooms for guidance.
My immediate goal is definately that first paying commission. Like the proverbial carrot on a stick, it is just there but out of reach. If I can just do the basics correctly and get over that hurdle then I might just earn enough to pay the bills.
I just can't get enough of hearing" You're doing what"? Hooray for Kyle and wealthy Affiliates.

haha, Brilliant stuff Allan ;-) your website is of great quality and its a niche im very interested in, unfortunately Aussi is very strict and allows no such fun as BB guns ;-( I used to have quite a collection of them while I lived in Zimbabwe and they provided hours and hours of fun. Keep up the great work- keep that positive momentum rolling!!! XD
