Not sure what four checkboxes you're referring to. However, if it's any conciliation, I too only have two checked. See screen print below.
I merely followed Kyle's instructions with the checkboxes you see in my screen print Hani.
Kyle said nothing about the checkbox to "Disable on this page/post" ... and I do not have a "Disable Google Analytics" option on my All In One SEO plugin,

Yes, beside those 2 robots you have checked, I also have below them 2 other boxes.one is called: Disable on this page/post" and the other "Disable Google Analytics".should I check those two also or just ones you have checked like in attachment you sent me?
