You can track who clicks the email links in your Aweber account also you have stats in Clickbank that should help with conversions to.
Also I would may be use a link shortener such as bit.ly or the plugin pretty links which will give you even more stats.
You could also add a tag within aweber so you can then email all the people that clicked on the link more offers, or send the people that never clicked another email with different subject line.

further to this I believe that WA may not allow your country specific URL, I myself have a .co.uk domain that I attempted to transfer to WA but was unable to.

It really is up to you but always best to have quite a bit of content on your site first.
The companies that advertise for affiliates such as Clickbank, CJ and Amazon do like to see an established site that is getting a fair amount of visitors.
