I just started a free trial and told my son and his friend. They are also interested, but cannot log in.
You can't have multiple signups from the same IP. They would need to go to a public wifi spot, like the library for example, sign up there and then they can come back log in from your house.

Can I have two accounts at my household?

Two separate accounts with the same internet?
I referred one of my room mates that I live with and we use different PCs/laptops but sometimes we use the same ones as well and we use the same internet connection, we can both use WA's platform flawlessly. Maybe your son and his friend typed in the password the wrong way?
I know my room mate created the account on our same internet and we've been growing our businesses together for a couple of months now, but maybe it depends on the type of internet connection?

Thank you Parre! I will tell them to try again!
