Got refund on a PURCHASE?!?

I have been going on this issue for the last two days and had been writing this company call Ace-net. What happen is that two (2) days ago I bought two (2) domain name for a new project with Namecheap which goes on fine. Immediately after buying the domain name I did search for a hosting site to host my website.

This is how I come to Ace-host.net and was highly recommended by some friends of mine. So without thinking much I sign for a monthly package for USD 19.90 a month. After that since I am four hours from where I stay, I turn my laptop off and start my drive back home.

The next afternoon when I check in my email account only to find out that Ace-host.net send me a mail telling me the payment I made from my debit card will be refunded. Obviously I don't even understand what is happening here so I send them a mail asking them what actually took place?

There goes another day and finally, this afternoon when I once again log into my email account just moments ago, I received a email from them stating it was rejected due to " fraud ". Now this word makes me more confuse then ever.

I was just wondering if things like this is normal. I don't understand what they meant. I mean, I got the credits in my debit card, I did buy the domain name and will like to use their service to host my website. What is so " FRAUD " about the whole thing?

I hope if anybody in Wealthy Affiliate know anything about this sort of things please do advice me on it. I will also like to thanks everybody before hand and hopefully I will be able to sort it out as soon as possible. Thanks you and hope to hear from you guys.
