My first experience with site support

So last week I did a monumental error at WA by deleting my homepage. My wife brought me a coffe in and I took my eye of the ball.

I don't know what I did but the home page was missing and reverted back to a test one. Checked trash folder etc but it wasn't there. In my infinite wisdom I changed a few setting and made it worse.

So I decided to get a backup from the previous night by asking site support who came back to me within 5 mins and restored the last backup on to a temp server.

I decided to do a move across to the main Wordpress site and everything was back working.

So thank you site support and great service.
