Hi - you mean email notifications? Click on your profile photo and go to account settings. Email settings are towards the bottom of the page.

Theme is NOT what I designed. It j
The theme should come up as normal then. Not all themes accept headers and some have to be a specific size when they do.

Sorry to hear you're struggling.
Kyle is a very busy person and gets hundreds (probably thousands) of messages per day.
Please explain how the theme is not "What you designed" - I thought the themes themselves were designed.
If the one you have chosen doesn't suit you try another or buy one that does.
If you follow the training all should be explained
I chose a theme and something quite different hangs up. I loaded my own header, won't show that either. http://askian.siterubix.com
I am not familiar with siterubix. If the theme was chosen from within SR it should work.
Have you tried contacting Site Support to see if they can help?
