The First 5 Weeks

Hi all, just a quick update on my first 5 weeks in WA. I have a website up and running and I am being ranked by Google. With certain keywords I am actually on the first page, maybe not much traffic because of the low hanging keywords, but the first page none the less. I have had 1389 visits and 3987 page views. Most of this has happened in the last week, with over 100 visits per day!!!!!!. Most of these have come through Twitter, Facebook and Google+, but it must mean my site is getting viewed. Average duration is 4 mins and 6 seconds, which I think is quite good, people must be reading my posts and pages. I have earned to date the grand sum £6.46 from affiliate links and $10 from WA referrals. For 5 weeks of being online is pretty awesome, site wasn't even ranked for the first week. I have had times when I have lacked motivation, but have only had to pop back onto WA and ask a few questions for me to kick off again. The support we get here is second to none. The only slight downside so far is that I was click bombed by somebody who lives near me and had my adsense account disabled. I suppose he thought he was doing the right thing.
