Priorities
I think we all need to learn how to make priotities. Some people are naturally good at it and others scatter around and won't ever let their seeds grow.
Personally, I'm scattered, I fly everywhere and get stressed by all the stuff I have going on and think of what I can eliminate. It's a good practice to actually just have one or two major things to work with.
Like now, I'm a member of WA (thank God) and have also signed up for many other Internet Marketing training sessions and systems. Most of them promisies big revenue in short time, but they don't hold the promise for newbies like me. They prey on people who don't know what they are doing. Stick to WA and you'll be fine, at least in the start. It's so important to get a ground.
Time is valuable, yet don't be hold down by it! Rise up, pass it, and OWN it. Own your time. Know your priorities.
Tip: Instead of saying "I don't have time" if someone asks you to join something, say insead "It's not a priority." For instance you do not only show yourself and others what's important to you but also spare yourself for TREMENDOUS stress. Just think about it.
Give yourself space and don't be taken under the shadow of the clock.

So many friends and family do not always get the working online stuff and think you can just drop what your doing, I just let people know I am busy they have got better over time lol thanks for the reminder after all time cannot be banked so we need to make it count
Always ask yourself "Is this helping me achieve what I want?" or "Is what I'm doing right now helping me achieve the resluts I want?" And to have a focus and the process but sitll be goal-oriented.

One thing I have learned recently is FOCUS. Focus on one thing at a time. Multi tasking get you nowhere. This goes for programs that teaches you how to make money online. Most newbies tend to sign up with one, then jump to another, and another, and another, then they just give up when they don't find the magic program that instantly spits out money (Which really, doesn't exist at all)
WA is definitely a great starting ground for newbies, but even for me, I am still here because it is a great place. Focusing on my website is one of my top priorities now, considering I jumped all over the place with other ways to make money in 2015 and ended up harming myself more than I needed.
Indeed when you say Own your time, because once you own it, you make a lot more out of it :)
