I just wanted to wish all the WA fathers an NZ HAPPY FATHERS DAY today.

I have been very spoiled today with homemade cards from my awesome daughters and a "hotter & colder" prezzie hunt for treats.

I have also been allowed to spend a good amount of my day playing my guitar which is my hobby so I am feeling really great today!

As the days is winding down I am reflecting (as you do) and wanted to share the following with you all.

I am here at WA to not only build a business online, but to create TIME freedom.

This is a bigger driver than $$ for me (although one has to lead to the other).

I want to spend more time with my family AND on my own interests and hobbies. I don't want to feel guilty about doing one too much and not enough of the other. And this is what happens when my time gets limited, and it is a personal struggle.

I love my family to pieces and I need my musical outlet for my own sanity. I am just so fortunate that I have the support of my family to play in my band at the cost of time with them.

So I am on a mission to get this balanced more toward my family, and this is my main driver as a DAD and the main income earner.

To all of you DADS out there who are doing this for your family, I fully respect and admire what you are doing, stay the course I know it is a difficult time juggle.

And for all of you MUMS (MOMS), I can't forget you ladies, I think you are all awesome for making this smart decision to also get yourselves into a better financial and personal position.
