Being a newbie

Being a newbie is intimidating. I see it here a lot. Every new member announcing that they are a newbie and have no clue what they are doing. I too am a newbie. It's scary. Trying something new and uncertain that I'm doing it right or even well. Being asked to get reviews is hard to swallow sometimes. Giving good reviews to others yikes. How do you judge someone elses work when you feel lost in your own work. It isn't stated how to give reviews but I think give others the kind of review you want to receive. Go over your webpage over and over before sharing it. If you don't know where to begin start with the certificate course and mingle with the community. Talking to people and gaining friendships that show support can help ease the stresses. Remember that you are here to learn how to start up and grow your very own business. Take it one step at a time. Remember that if you start to get lost all the courses can be repeated. And always have fun. Don't be scared that you are a newbie. Everyone starts out as just that. Have a great day

You'll be fine Ashley, just do the training, don't be afraid to ask questions, engage with other members and in time new members will be looking to you for support. Keep up the great work :-)

Thank you. I wasn't talking about me. I was talking to other newbies.

Good post. My advice to newbies: You have taken a good first step by joining. Now relax and just follow the lessons. Nobody will smack you if you do something wrong and your computer will not blow up. If you are still unsure about something at the end of a lesson you can always ask. There are thousands of us who are there to help. Most of all, keep learning and keep taking action and eventually you will succeed.

Hang in there...you'll be fine! Press On!

If you're a newbie...then Im a rookie newbie, as I find this a little overwhelming. I need a little more time looking around and taking the classes. I feel that i want all these questions answered but im waiting a bit more to see if they are answered in the class. Wish me luck as Im wishing all out there luck too. I takes a lot to step into the unknown, but sometimes its the only way to go.

I see it all over WA. People posting announcing they are newbies. It's okay to be a newbie. I think it's overwhelming too. I wish you luck.
