Update on the theme hunt.

Just so everyone knows, I realized over the weekend that ThemeForest will charge you for each site you want to use one of their themes on. I currently have 4 sites, (2 are on WP and 2 will be migrating there soon,) so even though some of the themes were cheaper, it would be cost-prohibitive to pay say if I decided to start 3 more sites. I've decided to go with something on the genesis framework. I like both of these themes equally, so picking them will be interesting.

Lol I could almost buy and use both themes, but they both come with the Genesis parent theme and they're both $99.95, so I need to pick one. Which theme looks most readable to you? They're both responsive and seem to load pretty fast.

Value the meaning of this...

Hi Noelle, I like the second one. Irv.

Hi Irv, personally I like the second one as well. The blog posts are easier for me to find etc. However, if the first one seems more readable, i'll probably go with that.

Hi Noelle,
I would say the first one is the best choice. Viewed on a desktop, your menu items are visually layed out in the upper body of your home page. In the tablet at mobile view, your menu is condensed but is contained in your header, more visible to your visitors.
With the second theme, your menu is condensed in the center of the page body for desktop, tablet, and mobile. And in my opinion, less visible to your visitors.

Hi Jerome, is the content more readable on the first one or the second? As in like are you able to see the posts? Can you read them OK? Thanks!

The home page shows up as a featured page so your article is a full page. You visitors can easily navigate to your other posts by clicking on the menu at the top of the page to get to your other posts.

Hi Jerome, OK that works for me, I think I'll go with the first one. Thanks!

Beautiful theme, first impression theme forest.
Thank you for the update.

Like I said I can't use ThemeForest because they charge for each site. I have 4 sites, and I'm planning to set up some more. Paying $59, (or even $50 for each lisence would be cost-prohibitive for me right now.

Hi Noelle .. they seem quite different .. actually I like both. Key is to check how they look on Mobile (again - lol). Cheers, William.

Lol well maybe I can have a friend of mine do the mobile testing. Liking both doesn't help me decide, hah because I also like both!
