Think at some point we all have come across what I call the - all Garden-variety of lies and deceit - it is much more common and persistent, and Just when you thought is has been eradicated, it up pops again, the only right answer if you aks me is to root it out by the source just as diligently. But you have to be determined to not accidentally feed negativity — nor on social or professional level, and especially nor in one's own soul. In either case, definite rules must be followed for the struggle to succeed.

For me on a personally note destructive or exploitive actions from others even so called friends must be identified openly for what they are. You can offer them new, positive alternatives that lead away from the source of the problem it tends to be more successful generally , if they care to listen.
However using a raw power is often a waste of energy. you just don't stop spreading lies by spreading more lies.

I on a personal note
decided to take a resolutel action not because it was required of me but because I wanted to have a breakthrough, and wanted to ward off negative tendencies and influences.

Decided not to fight my weaknesses but strengthen my good qualities.

Based on a fundamental simple fact

On a sunny afternoon in july we my ex and I planned a picnic with some friends. We had such a great time, eating and drinking, enjoying our company but at a certain point don't even knwow where they came from bees began to circle our lovely and fun picnic. Now one of our friends aggressively swatted at the bees in an attempt to shoo them away.
Because he knew although I'm not allergic in a fysical way or something, and can't really explain why but I get very frantic when it comes to bees. And trust me I wasn't the only one who got frantic.....
Now my other very close girl friend grabbed a small jar of honey she brought along - for seeing this might could happen - looked at him and shaking her head, got up placed the jar twenty yards away - behind the big trees.
Such a simple solution. Never would have thought of that. It shows sometimes a more nuanced approach often produces a better result than a combative action.

And I think that is how you should set up your business not focussing on competing but rather on your own success and sometiems keep the cookie draw closed.
