If you do the same every day, you get the same result.
Everyone is doing some daily tasks on an automated pilot, because we're plastic. Imagine how difficult it would be to have to learn how to walk, write, read and drive, every single day.
It would be not only very time consuming it would also bring frustration, not healthy. And yet, every human being needs a healthy small dose of stress to achieve their project.
But again this depends on the person himself, one person delivers better thanks to stress the other person could feel literally paralyzed .

But if there is no challenge, the brain will easily go asleep, after all it's a muscle and so if you do not use it gets weaker and lazy to challenge yourself is healthy.
BUT ONCE YOU START SOMETHING NEW YOU WILL FEEL FEAR AND RESISTANCENot to worry it is a very normal reaction.

Being over-enthusiastic is also not good, cause to much exitement doesn't lead to achievement, it leads to overwhealming. Everybody has his strengths and weaknesses, the strong ones will always carry the upper hand but just those weaknesses demand more attention.

You can equip emotions as well by imagining how you want to react, which is repetition which I will cover later on.

Finding your sweet spot between excitement, over excitement, and boredom is key.
