This is what I tell myself.... "just get started". I am teaching myself to feel good about any progress I am making each day, even if small. Progress is progress. Coming from an ambitious person who wants everything to happen now, this is a daily challenge for me. However, learning to celebrate any progress, however small, puts me one step closer to my goals. This has to be a good thing.....
