Let me take you on a little trip through my 2024 with Wealthy Affiliate—what I’ve learned, the highlights, and where I’m headed next. 🚀
The Beginning: Taking That First Step
Picture this: me in 2020, sitting at my desk, staring at my computer screen, wondering if I was making the right decision by joining Wealthy Affiliate.
Spoiler alert: it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! 😊
The "Aha!" Moments
- Remember that feeling when you finally understand how keywords work? Thanks to WA’s training and the community, I was literally dancing around my room!
- The day I published my first blog post that actually got real unique comments? Pure magic! 🌟
- That moment when I made my first affiliate commission—even though it was very small, I felt like I’d won the lottery!
The Real Talk Part
Look, I’m going to be honest with you—it hasn’t all been sunshine and rainbows. I have had my share of pitfalls too. There were days I stared at my screen, completely stuck on what to write. Times when I wondered if anyone was even bothering reading my content.
Have you ever felt like that?
But here’s the thing about the WA community—they never let you feel alone in those moments. Someone always jumps in with encouragement just when you need it most. I appreciate that a lot and that is one of many things that have made me stay here for almost 5 years now.
What Made the Difference
You want to know what really changed everything for me?
It wasn’t just the training (though it’s amazing!).
It was the people. The beers with kyle and the premium live sessions withJay where I could ask my "silly" questions and parthas amazing blogs that made me laugh and learn a lot, just to mention a few.
(spoiler: there are no silly questions in WA!), the way fellow members shared tips, and the support that kept me motivated.
My Favorite WA Moments
- The first time Kyle and carson replied to my blog post (yes, I may have screenshotted that! 😅)
- My first website - I had no idea what I was doing at the time
- My first website post - I cringe when I read it now. Remember how I struggled to write even 500 words?
- Hitting the top 200 in WA rankings . I am a bit in and out of that ranking, just saying. Ambassador one day and not the next. I have not been the best ambassador I must admit...
- Reading WA members blogposts is always so inspiring - so many amazing and creative people in this community.
- Helping my first newbie figure out WordPress—talk about full circle! It reminded me of how I felt when I first started.
This past year, I have to admit, my website has taken a bit of a backseat due to my offline work and other projects. I have not had so much time online as I needed to stay consistent.
While it’s been a challenge, it’s also taught me the importance of consistency.
That’s why I’ve crafted a clear plan for 2025 to turn this around, focusing on regular updates and making my site a key priority again.
- Scaling my content: I’m planning to double my blog output and dive deeper into keyword strategies to reach a wider audience.
- Connecting with more people: Growing my network within WA and beyond to share insights and learn from others.
- Chasing bigger milestones: Aiming for higher rankings and consistent commissions.
- Be more focused and specific in general
But more than that, I want to be for others what the WA community has been for me—a guide, a support system, a cheerleader.
My 2024 in Retrospective
This year, I committed to building a strong foundation for my digital Assetbuilding efforts outside of WA. Here are some of the highlights and lessons I’ve learned:
Wins and Milestones
- Launched Key Offers: I successfully introduced digital assets that have helped my audience grow their businesses. Seeing these tools bring value to others has been incredibly rewarding.
- Expanded My own Community: Growing my own group to include like-minded creators has been a dream come true. Watching members collaborate, learn, and thrive has been inspiring.
- Created a Systematic Framework and workflow: Wealthy Affiliate hubs have been a game-changer in making my blog writing easier and faster. The organized structure, SEO tools, and Jaaxy keyword research features have helped me write faster, better, and more strategically.
- Tracking every step of my journey using my own digital trackers. This gives me valuable and unique insights
- Making recurring sales from my own digital assets - this is maybe the biggest milestone so far.
Challenges and Lessons
- Time Management: Balancing work, content creation, and personal life has been an ongoing challenge. I’ve learned to prioritize what truly matters.
- Navigating Trends: Staying focused on my unique goals, rather than chasing every new trend, has been a key to maintaining clarity and consistency.

I’m setting my sights on big goals for the new year. Here are some of the key objectives I’m focusing on:
1. Growing my digital system
My mission is to expand my community and resources. I aim to create Simple tools that help others build their digital assets and thrive online.
I am also leveraging AI into my organic marketing system creating unique digital assets.
Using AI have given birth to special co creation opportunities between AI and humans.
2. Reaching Income Milestones
I’ve set an ambitious monthly income goal by scaling my offers, growing my digital assets, and refining my marketing efforts. To become a better affiliate and digital creator.
3. Leveraging Wealthy Affiliate
Wealthy Affiliate has been instrumental in my journey, and in 2025, I’m committed to:
- Publishing high-quality blog posts faster with WA’s tools.
- Using WA’s SEO training to drive more traffic to my offers.
- Exchange and share insights and opportunities with other WA members.
- Promote WA to my list
4. Expanding My Digital Presence
Another Area that suffered this year was my You Tube channel. I used to be extremely camera shy, but thanks to just making a decision to change my insecurity into confidence made me get over it and myself.
So Growing my YouTube channel, social media platforms, and email list will remain a priority. Each of these channels plays a vital role together with my website in connecting with my audience and showcasing the value of Affiliate marketing and Assetbuilding.

Wealthy Affiliate has been more than just another platform to me; it’s been a partner in my success. Here’s how WA has impacted my journey:

I decided to go on a yearly plan this year and I am glad I was able to do so. If you can go yearly I will recommend you to do so.

Being part of the Wealthy Affiliate community has provided encouragement, feedback, and collaboration opportunities that have pushed me forward.
I have said it before and I will say it again - WA support needs a BIG hug and thumbs up! Without them I would have been in stucksville long time ago.
