How long are your blog posts?
I have heard, read, and seen with my own eyes - that google is giving more clout to longer posts. I am seeing some 4,000 word posts rank #1 when the rest of their numbers don't look that great - the only thing pushing them up is word count.
I am aiming for 2,000 words - good content. Not rambling. At least I hope.
How long are your blog posts? (on your personal sites - I am not talking about here in WA)

Mine are about1300 words long.
However, I am starting a new site where I will have a series of posts, about 15, about 500 words long.
I have been trying to do between 1000-2000 however most have been 1400+, it really depends on what I am blogging about.
My shortest article was 1200 and my longest, 4000! Eek!
Average is about 2200. It just depends on the topic. There are some things I have more to say about, and some things can be said quite simply.

Hi. The longest post I have made is almost 2000 words. The shortest is a little under a thousand, but, it got indexed.
