FB Group asking for a way to work from home
I am in a Facebook group where someone asked "What are some good work from home jobs for chronically ill people that will actually pay the bills?"
How would you answer?
I don't want to act like you can start WA and make money tomorrow because you can't - at least I don't know how.
I do want to help and I do think that WA can help if a person has the time to put into it without frustration because bills need to be paid yesterday.
Any good answer for this post?

I hope I interpreted your question correctly?
They can Google it, or you can google it for them, unless you have all the answers? There's lots of suggested ways on google for making money fast - supposedly!
Some say there are many scams out there?
They can easily pull up a list of work from home deals. I guess you want to be informing them about the Wealthy Affiliate opportunities!
You can only tell them what you know and what is going to be truly helpful to them.
You don't perhaps have all the solutions to solve other peoples financial crisis's - share with them what you know.
Empower them with information and allow them to make their choices. Follow up with support and more support.

My very first post was "Make Money if You Have a Disability" - and there are ideas in that for working from home and starting your own business. The post is moving too fast to ask questions - I made a post without a link. I solicited PMs - that may be skating on thin ice. I am hoping I don't get kicked out of this group. They have very strict rules. There are people breaking them left and right on this thread though. lol -- what I wrote was very subdued compared to the many "THIS IS MY COMPANY - PM ME" Everything from Juice Plus to Isagenix and more.
what you wrote was fine. I read it below. I usually find these things can get touchy very fast and one well-meaning word can get me into trouble - not saying that will happen to you. it was fine see what happens and I guess take your lead from the other person.

It is a group with over 17000 women who are chronically ill and many are unable to work a regular job.
Okay, then yes, you've earned the right to post and include a link. I agree that you also add that this isn't something which happens overnight. It's worth the work, but it is indeed work, and if you aren't self-motivated, you won't get anywhere.
I think if you word it just like you said it here you will be giving them the option to check it out if they want to.
I have a blog post that kind of says all that - I am going to give it a try by PM if anyone requests it.
A few good options:
1. Freelance Writing / Graphic Design - Can earn full-time income but can be hard to find positions / gigs.
2. Customer Service - Telephone options include companies like Amazon, Frontier Communications, Bank of America, HSN, QVC, etc..
Other option for customer service is working live chat for gaming companies or utility companies.
Typically these positions pay between $10 - $20 per hour.
3. Selling homemade products or flipping stuff on eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc..
Hope these help, and just remind them that the best way to get ahead and stay ahead is to build a long-term business while finding jobs to pay the bills.
I agree about the bills needing to be paid yesterday online is not a good option - what can chronically ill people who can't work do but online? Really, not a lot. That's why I started working online.
I absolutely agree with you. All I meant by what I said above was that I often hear people come online and say I need to make money to pay a $600 power bill by Monday. And this often happens when it’s already 530 in the afternoon on Friday.
In those situations, more often than not people believe that making money online is a scam because they are unable to sit down with her computer and suddenly have thousands of dollars in a few hours.
Even though I do not like to tell people what to do.
Since you asked, I will give my honest suggestion.
I am speaking from experience, I know nothing good comes fast, it takes time. The reality is every promise of overnight money is fake and a lie, and you would not be considered a good friend of her, even she would like to hear that.
I think WA is one of the very few ways to make money and create your long-lasting business, and it takes time, yes! But it is worth it and she is gonna thank you for sure.
Again. This is a suggestion and this is what I know.

I find whatever you do online is going to take some time whether you produce your own product or use someone else's (with their permission of course).
