Learning english trough WA !
As I am learning english here through the teaching , I just want to sahre a little of my experience .
It is recommanded to work directly as a language is masteried . But sometimes this is not possible .
Then here in WA for example, when Kyle is walking through the teaching in video this is for me difficult .
So I found a profitable way to learn english by discovering first the the course by reading and watching and listen the video taking some notes , then searching the vocabulary in dictionnary with any pressure. Then I come back on the teaching and I do the tasks as asking . It is long but it pays on the long term .
When discovering first the video and the teaching I allow my subconscient to record for me the words as he knows everything then I come come back a second time or third time it depends the work is going easily .
The memory is making a photo of the pages and record for me the sound as a machine .
So, sure I will " loose time " but at the end I will gain it . Vocabulary is coming , grammar , syntaxe all together with any problem . This is true for any language .

My own is very much a written one (due to crap hearing) but watching video helps too-I just watch where the point clicker goes and zoon close to read the print on the screen shot...:) Hey~whatever works :D
Congratulations to you, how many languages do you speak? I am currently working with children in Singapore who are multi lingual , they have to speak English at school and do all their lessons , exams etc in English and many of them have two and three languages going on at home and English is sometimes not one of them. I know what the kids go through so I am in awe of your tenacity and ability. If there is any way I can assist let me know.

Hi Monique. You was one the first to follow me in past sept. and than I did not kow what that meant and still not everything within our family is loud and clear. Without following the courses/lessons on a regular basis it takes me a few hours per day in trying to read and commetnon all the posts that come along and I am intrested also ion the site of the "newer ones". So dont't think that you are alone in sometimes realising it does not all go in record pace. Take tour time and enjoy the "advantages"of the family you belong to.
