Its about moving forward right.
After having experienced a week of "lost" and almost abandoning ship here at WA I decided to mix it up ... and here are the results...
- 1 invitation accepted (yay) but nothing came from that (boo)
-I am expanding the niche on my blog and I took the plunge and signed up to Amazon (please be kind to me)
- I am reworking my website and rewriting my blogs (how much I have grown from when I initially started, its amazing!!!).
-A freelancing opportunity to ghost-write for a copywriter in New York wants me on-board (yikes I am a chartered Accountant by profession... but apparently they loved my style) and I may need to turn them down as they want me writing 24/7, the money is great but I do want to be here and focus on growing my blog too...
- And I had one random like on my facebook page (not a friend whom I must say their support has been amazing!) but this left me rather excited as fickle as this is...
I guess its all about state of mind getting creative and moving forward even if its at snail pace.

Awesome results Helen! Don't quit Helen. That's my honest advice. I wouldn't have been where I'm today if I had quit 2 years ago. Stay focused and success will come. The best thing when it comes to having your own business online is that you can be financially independent some day.

i know it does take time, but when you are used to the paycheck from corporate one needs instant gratification. At least something to indicate that there is light at the end of the tunnel :)
The first thing is to get traffic to your website. Once you start getting traffic and no conversions it will be much easier to make some changes to get the conversions. Let me know when you start getting at least 50 visits a day and I will try to help you.
Wow Helen! That offer sounds amazing though I totally get why you may turn it down. It takes so much time effort and creativity to get a website off the ground and once you're getting WA referrals you know you're on the right track. Good luck with your decision. :)
Yes the ghostwriting opportunity blew my mind.. 9 month project writing articles every day.. I have just renegotiated with them to write two article a week for them so that leaves time for me to blog on my website look after the house and my daughter (gosh I miss my live in help from SA) lol
