I am to the part of my training where i have to edit the Privacy Policy for my page and when i got into the todo items, Privacy Policy is not there. Nor is
Hi Harry, it should be in your Hub - About Me, Affiliate Disclosure and Privacy Policy - are 3 articles available for you to customize by adding your details and post immediately. If you don’t find it, reload your browser. Alternatively, go to Content Creation and find it there.
Try clearing your browser cache, sometimes a glitch can cause the template not to appear and clearing cache will show you the most recent files.

Update. I found were there was a template for the Privacy Policy and i was able to create one that way.
