A Change In The Scenery
So I've been absent from my Wealthy Affiliate colleagues and that is because the wife and I have moved to Spain. We are so excited to be here and feel life will serve us better in a warmer and hospitable climate. So as we unpack our things and settle in, I will begin my work here and become a full participant. My life in Sweden isn't over because I have my registered business there and so, it's time to create some Swedish revenue to make our lives easier here in España! I can't wait to get busy!

What part of Spain Harold?
I lived in Rota, Spain for 3 1/2 year in the 80's. Nice country.

Hey Thanks for responding Mel,
I'm in the southern part of Spain. The city is Cuevas del Almanzora outside of the city of Vera which is between Cartagena and Almeria. I love it here, it reminds me of my birth State of Texas. In the future, I hope to visit Rota Spain, I have a tie to the Masonic Brothers affiliated there. Their Lodge is under the jurisdiction of the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Massachusetts, my present home state.
Spain is a great place to exercise. Do you have your running shoes?
I was able to do the Running with the Bulls 4 years in a row in Arcos de la Frontera. Pamplona would be too dangerous for me to try. My tip: Always watch and know where the bull is.
Every year that I was there at least one American would be hurt.
I also loved the history. You can be traveling down the road and pass Roman ruins... then up on a hilltop would be a castle. It was like traveling back in time.
Enjoy!

Not so much a runner these days, I had an knee injury on the job and was then able to retire from my job as a Correctional Officer/Undercover Sheriff Deputy. But I do love history, especially Freemasonry history and Spain is one of the hottest spots in Europe rich with that sort of history.

I love Spain! Way back when I was young (no wisecracks please) I lived in Nerja, not far from Malaga and on the coast, for about a year.
