First Day At Work
3
So, yesterday was spent on what is going to be my first ever website and online business and, boy, what a day it felt like! I'm just going to recap what I managed to do.
- Created my 1st ever bit of 'content' with my 'About Me' post. Well, OK, I didn't do the heavy work - that credit goes to WA's backroom Minions and their construction of that A.I. engine. It is AWESOME and, when A.I. takes over the world, I'm pointing my finger at them :)
- Bought a freaking domain! I actually own the Internet !! OK, just a tiny bit of it (actually I own a 1 in 50 billionth part of the known Internet (i.e. those pages that are indexed on Google) apparently)
- Moved 'house' from one 'rented' domain to the new, purchased one. Again, the hard work done by the Techies - give those ppl a raise, puh-lease!
- Tried so very hard to construct my own logo and failed appallingly badly but it's all good as I actually went onto Fiverr and bought a 'gig' that should result in a logo by the 22nd June.
Now, there's gonna be some 'haters' out there that are saying "Ya, Ya, well done, been there, done that, yawn, yawn" but for us newbies these baby steps are kinda epic so, please, remember, that you were once where we are now.
As I say "Inwards, outwards, upwards and onwards"
See you on the next spiel

Great job Harben! It's all about those "baby steps" and consistency. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other (metaphorically of course), and you will find success! Oh, and enjoy those new digs you own online! 🏡😉

Seeing new members at WA get excited about the platform is always cool. It keeps us inspired to help others be able to do the same! Rock on, Harben!! Enjoy the process.
