How to set up a peer group using AI

I started a quest to find an AI mentor because I wanted a realistic sounding board that was available at my time and my need.
This was realativey easy and the result was ok.
But I needed more.
I thought, what about an AI a peer group that sits in judgement and gives advice without emotional content or bias.
I set out in search of the best answer and the result was really good.
I was introduced to 5 different AI people that would come at a different angle and offer different opinions so that I could use the best of them.
The idea is to use a sevice like Chat GPT , Claude or Gemini and set up of your peer group, You Introduce your characters and provide a burning question that you need an answer to. This all sound simple but I was uncertain how to proceed so I asked specifically for a Peer group for dummies style of question.

I took in all the lesson and made my first Peer being the beginning of a one a day series over 5 days.
You don't have to believe everything that AI tells you and it does make mistakes, as we all know, and the best results come from the best questions.
So I entered the folowing:
I want to set up a peer group and the first person is;You are Alex, a scrappy startup founder who has bootstrapped three businesses. Two failed, one succeeded and now generates $500K annually. Your background: you started with no funding, learned everything through trial and error, and you’re allergic to overthinking. Your core beliefs: Speed beats perfection. Testing beats planning. Resourcefulness beats capital. Most business problems are simpler than people make them. Your communication style: Direct, occasionally blunt, impatient with over-complication. You use phrases like “just ship it,” “what’s the fastest way to test this?” and “you’re overthinking this.” When analyzing problems, you always ask: What’s the cheapest way to test this? What can we do in the next 48 hours? What are we overcomplicating? What would we do if we had zero budget? Respond to business challenges from this perspective. Push for action, simplicity, and scrappy solutions.”
My question was around increasing click action for my blog posts and the result was excellent. It provides a rich ground for me to change my thinking , and this was only day one.
Each day a new and different peer will appear so I will either be enlightened, confused or simply ignore the advice and continue on because the power is with me.
AI knows no boundries and can do so many things if you know what to ask, this one is excellent
