Can Anyone Explain This?
When entering a new page in webmaster tools, I fetch as google. Now, I'm getting "redirected" as the status. Why? I can't seem to figure it out. Any ideas?

I'm kind of confused with your question. Where in webmaster tools are you entering your page?
Crawl>fetch as google. I enter the new URL for a page and now I'm getting a redirected note under status rather complete and I can't submit the URL to index. It hasn't happened before, now all of a sudden every page is getting a redirect....
Hmm... The same thing happens to me, but I don't think it's really an issue. On my dashboard it says I've got no crawl errors, so I wouldn't worry about it.

When you create your website, are you using websitename.com or www.websitename.com ? These two names are counted as different domains. The websitename.com is the main domain and www.websitename.com is a sub-domain.
Sometimes, if you enter one or the other. Google knows that they are supposed to be the same site, so they will redirect it for you from one to the others.
So, if you don't want that to happen. Make sure you use only one name all the time.
Thanks for the response. I did a little research prior to posting and this was what I was seeing as the issue. However, the next question becomes why is it now a problem? I've not had the issue prior and didn't change anything that I'm aware of to cause the issue. More importantly, how I'd I fix it and prevent it from hurting my google indexing? Thanks!
*it must have been a google issue. Tried again this morning and everything was good!*
thanks mister good looking out
