Having recently contacted Site Support for the first time in months, I just wanted to acknowledge how quickly they responded to my query ( within an hour) and not only sorted the issue I was having, but also replied to ask if there was anything else they could do and that if I were happy, they would mark my question as resolved, and to get back in touch if I need any further assistance.
I'm not sure whether any new technicians have been hired behind the scenes, but I get a very happy, positive vibe from these guys!
In the past, I sometimes felt like I was being a nuisance, or they would tell me they couldn't resolve the issue and that I would have to find a solution myself.
So, thank you to Site Support for giving me the confidence to ask for your assistance once again!
