Hi, "WA" Community, what do you suggest for getting more traffic for my website? Most social media requires money to advertise. I have built 4 websites, connected with some social media for traffic, but realized I need more traffic for success.

Your help would greatly be appreciated!

Hi - the training here concentrates on getting free, organic traffic to your websites. Primarily, this is achieved by the content you add to your website. You should be adding 2 or 3 posts every week, at a minimum of 1000 words each. You need to show Google that you are an authority on your subject, and this takes time.

Google views all new sites with suspicion for the first few months and won't rank your posts high enough to attract traffic. Typically, you can see the traffic start to rise at around the 6-month stage, when you would have 40 to 50 posts on your website.

I don't think it's a good idea having 4 different websites at this early stage. As you can see by the amount of content required, it would be very time-consuming to write at least 2 posts for each website every week. It is better to focus on just one website and produce very high-quality posts, rather than having to rush through lots of posts and not taking enough care and attention with them. More websites does not equal more money.

Thank You, I will concentrate on my Health and Electronics websites and focus on content writing in these two areas.

Hello Gwendell, I just joined WA last March and I only have one website, if you don't mind, and if I can give advise to you, unless you can write one quality content each of your 4 websites based on low competition keywords from your training everyday, I am not sure where you are heading. It is better to concentrate in one of your site first, build quality contents in it, get the hang of things, gain organic traffic because people find value on your quality content, and not rely on paid advertising or adsense. But I guess, its your clock, and you don't have to chase everyone else's clocks, but this is proven path to success here in WA, and that is to take it slow and stick with the training. A second site is already stretching it.

Its like the figure of speech "jack of all trades, master of none" where your efforts are divided into four different websites, instead of mastering one. After you master your first website and gain authority, organic traffic, then you can start the second one.

I already have an idea for my 2nd site, while I haven't finished yet my first, and that will come in time and I am not rushing.

P.S. you can just share your post/articles to your social media/friends and families and they will share it to others too, without paying anything and gain traffic, that is what I do in FB, Twitter and Pinterest. While you can hear success stories of others here in just two months, you have your own clock to success.

I wish you all the best.

Thank You, I will work harder at content writing for only two of the websites: Health and Electronics. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

The training is SEO focused and SEO is free. Try going back to your most popular post and compare them to the competitions post that are ranked in the top 5. Use that information to revise and improve your post. Hopefully they will rise and produce more traffic.

Thank You, will revisit SEO training.
